Entry Requirements

For non-stop flights from Germany to Namibia we recommend Air Namibia. Air Namibia flies 5 days a week from Frankfurt to Windhoek. Arrival in the early morning hours. The flight back is always in the evening.

For Visa Regulations contact your tourism ministry or the nearest Namibian embassy. EU-Citizens can - if the stay does not exceed 90 days - enter without a visa. For your entry to Namibia you need a passport which is valid for at least 6 more months and which has at least two free pages. You will receive an entry-permission- stamp at the airport emigration office, which indicates until which date you may stay in Namibia. Please make sure that this date corresponds with your departure date. Feel free to contact us for detailed information. It is possible to bring up to two rifles into the country. You should be patience with filling out the weapons permit at the police checkpoint. Please have with you a valid gun license and the address of the hunting farm you are about to visit. It is not allowed to bring handguns into Namibia. Bows are considered as a sports article and can be brought into the country without police authorization.

Please Note:

Your host need a copy of your passport as well of your airticket as soon as the final booking is made.
Most airlines ask a fee for transporting your rifle (per riflecase). You should advise your ticket agency that you will have a rifle in your package. The same applies to Bows.

Other airlines which fly to Namibia are: KLM, Quatar Airlines, Eurowings, Condor Airlines and South African Airlines. But none of these airlines fly direct except Eurowings and Condor Airlines.
