Currency and Money

The national currency is called the Namibian Dollar (NAD). An exchange bureau is available at the airport. On the hunting farm you can pay in Euros or American Dollar. However, we recommend you to pay your stay on Kachauchab prior to departure. We can advise you in this regard. Here you will find the current exchange rate:www.oanda.com.

Credit Cards: In Namibia you can generally pay with all major credit cards, except at gas stations. Hunting Farm Kachauchab has no credit card facility.
